PMASTERLINE 311 is a premium single-component pigment paste designed for flexible polyurethane (PU) foam applications such as high resilience foam, slab stock foam, automotive foam, marine-grade foam, mattresses, footwear, and seating systems. With a highly concentrated formula, it ensures excellent color dispersion, deep saturation, and superior consistency without affecting the physical or chemical properties of the foam. The product is non-toxic, lead-free, and based on non-hazardous plasticizers. MASTERLINE 311 retains foam structure including cell integrity and elasticity, and is compatible with a wide range of shades and pigment blends. Its recommended dosage (0.1%–5% of system weight) ensures cost-effectiveness, while its weather resistance and ageing stability support high-performance foam production.
